We are looking for a Lead Developer to assume the leadership of our technology department.

What you will be doing -

  • You will be leading our technology team of developers and designers
  • You will manage and mentor your teammates
  • You will help hire additional developers
  • You will be working on our .net based web technologies stack
  • You will be using a multitude of Azure services
  • You will be writing software in C#/F#/JavaScript

Tasks and Responsibilities -

    1. Pre-sale and post sale admin -

    • Pre-sale and post-sale admin tasks such as preparing seat inputs, box office lists, settlements, and keeping ticket mastersheet updated
    • Quality control of show details and LEAP entry
    • LEAP entry for new tour dates
    • Send customers seat assignment emails, reminder emails, VIP information emails, show cancellation emails, date and/or venue change emails
    • Keep track of on-going sales (during post-sale period)

    2. Customer service -

    • Respond to customer emails according to the Ticketing Department guidelines and quotas
    • Respond to customer voicemails according to the Ticketing Department guidelines
    • Process ticket orders over the phone
    • Process refunds for ticket orders
    • Update customer order information in Order Admin and other databases

    3. Ticket mail out -

    • Take inventory of tickets received
    • Take inventory of ticket mail out materials/ order additional materials as needed
    • Prepare ticket letters
    • Sort tickets with corresponding letters
    • Co-ordinate mail out with coworkers as needed
