We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to work with our online music communities from our Toronto, Canada office. The role requires an individual that has exceptional communication skills that they aren’t afraid to use when creating seamless experiences for our customers. Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service position
- Experience with retail and e-commerce an asset
Required Skills:
- Experience with Windows programs including the Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with external customers
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced team-based work environment
- A strong passion for creating the ideal customer experience!
