Junior Front-End Web Producer

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Web Producer to work on our communities from our Toronto, Canada office.
The position:
Front-End Web Producers build, update and maintain our current online communities. Working closely with the production manager, design members and community coordinators; this position offers an exceptional scope of skill building opportunities for the right candidate.
Major responsibilities:
- Build CSS/XHTML templates as per design and framework specs
- Integrate interactive elements based on Community Server
- Image optimization and conversion of design for the web templates
- Update web communities with new functionality, content, images and small design components
- Build HTML email newsletters according to established design
- Manage multiple tasks and timelines over many dynamic sites and projects
- Skin Myspace and other social networking forums
Required Experience and Education:
- Post Secondary education in Web Design/Development
- 1-2 years proven experience building compliant CSS table-less templates
- Experience seamlessly converting designs into CSS and HTML
- Experience using Dreamweaver or Homesite
- 1-2 years experience working in
- 1-2 years proven experience working with Photoshop/ImageReady, Illustrator for the web
Required Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent, verbal and written communication skills
- Self starter and excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all personnel
- Deadline driven while maintaining a high quality of work
Assets, but not required:
- Experience with version control
- Some Knowledge of dynamic web development and server side code
- Some knowledge of ASP.NET
- Some knowledge of Community Server
