CASE STUDY: James Taylor
The challenge, as presented, was to handle pre-sale ticketing, build a more robust web presence and expand the website capabilities ahead of James Taylor’s 2009 tour.
With a strong understanding and knowledge of how to best expand James Taylor’s website and digital presence, we built a site that offered visitors “Best Seats” ticketing, retail and merchandising, membership access opportunities and established JamesTaylor.com as the respected and reliable online source.
As a result of our response, OfficialCommunity remains engaged as James Taylor’s Partner of Record. Through our efforts and exemplary work, OfficialCommunity now represents additional artists on management’s roster including Elvis Costello, Diana Krall, Sarah McLachlan and Lyle Lovett.
